^ Are they balanced? If they are balanced front the center of the hub (which is very common), you'll need hubcentric rings.

No hubcentric rings on mine, stock lugbolts, I get the lugbolts snug while the wheel/tire is off the ground, then tighten it all the way once it's back on the ground. I didn't notice any shakes while driving it, I've only drove mine out on the hwy a few times so far since It's not inspected/insured yet, but it drove great.

Hrrm I don't know what hubcentric rings are... but they've been suggested to me in the past..

        I'll look into them.

No need for hub-centric rings. On some aftermarket aluminum wheels, you will need longer lug bolts, or convert over to studs and lug nuts. The stock lug bolts don't have a deep conical surface, which is what is needed to seat the wheel properly on many alum. wheels.

I went with with 14" with the lug and nut conversion. Did not have to roll the finders, no shakes or anything. I did have to have a small spacer for the back wheels though.

I have heard (but not tried yet) that if you use Aspire rear struts on a Festiva you don't need a spacer, due to the higher spring perch on the Aspire strut.

That's my experience with Aspire rear shocks as well.

As for centerbore and hubcentric rings, Hondas are 56.1mm in diameter and Mazda Miatas, '91+ Escorts and Aspires are 54.1mm.

I found this site and plugged in some info, using "Escort" as my car:

Motorsport Tech is your absolute number one source for wheel adapters, wheel spacers, and hub centric rings. We manufacture the finest adapters in the world, and we do wheel polishing, chroming, powder coating, and color matching, as well as sell wheels and tires at WHOLESALE PRICES.

They want $100 for the rings and 15 for shipping. Ouch. Of course, I paid a local machine company about that for steel rings for my VW alloys on Muttstiva after the suspension swap.

                Hmmm.

Finally got this to upload. The Divas, (on the red car) are 114.5, the Incidents, and Theorys are 114.5 and 100 dual bolt pattern. All very light, all very strong wheels. I have put them to the test. I am sold on Konig making a good wheel at a reasonable price.
I had to use Aspire rear struts with stock height while using 175/70/13. That is what is on the blue car in the picture.

I have seen some 13" alloys from a Hyundai Accent that I like the looks of- kind of swirled. But I have not tried them at all. Hey guys, what size 13" tire do you use to keep from messing up your speedometer real bad? I know the OE Festiva 12" rim and tire is about 21.1" tall, I could not find a 13" that would be real close to that.

Some Esteems came with Speedline alloys.

                        Like in this pic.

Maybe they used some other style of Speedlines on another year...
