anyhow,i have seen something of intrest for those upgrading to capri hubs.i beleive it was on a 323 forum(when i was looking for a wagon)you cut down the ears on the capri hub and put a galant vr4 rotor over top,because u know how easy it is to change rotors on capris and festys,use a protege caliper and b2000-2200 wheel studs. looked really cool! if anyone is interested i can get the site for sure

i would like to get bigger breaks for my festiva... anything that will work for the escort gt will work for my car... i have escort gt calipers on my aspire hubs... i just want bigger breaks to "fill" the rims up a bit when i have 13s on my car the breaks look huge but when i put the 15s on they look tiny i saw these "willwood" and "brembo" calipers on ebay and other web sites, i just sat there and drooled for like 20 min

club protege thread had a link that i went to and learned that the escort 1.9 cars have the same caliper as the aspire, casting #22-13. A lot of the ford and mazda cars from this time period have the same brake parts.
