new diy fender roller for my 16's

i have some 16x7 with a 42mm offset and 215/40/16 tires with 3/16" spacers in the back and they rub all around so i built a fender roller...

the main plate:

now i just have to figure out how to get it to do what i want

Looks good I actually like the flare it added - are you applying heat when you roll the lip? perhaps your putting too much tension on it if its flaring the fender and you dont want it to

i got all my wheels on!!!! i had to use 3 3/16"(total of 9/16") spacers to clear the shocks on both sides... but it looks good and doesnt rub

I love the look of the flares, maybe I can get a buddy of mine to lend me a tool... I have to go with 205 55 15's in my aspire so the speedo will be correct, since I'm using the entire 626 setup.
