Isn't the Aus Ford Laser a version of the newer Mazda 121?
Just find out the wheel lug specs and offset. If it is between a 38mm and a 45mm offset, and the wheel is not too wide, it may work.
Chances are though, that it's a 4 X 100mm bolt pattern and if you have a '92 Festiva, you are on the slightly larger bolt pattern. So my guess is they probably won't fit.
