the max that i have ever seen stuck on a festiva was 17's and it looks WAY to big... and he had to do alot to get it to fit.... IMO it would take so much work to get them to fit and not rub a crazy amount it wouldnt be worth it... but what ever floats your boat....

If these will fit. 18x8, univeral 4-lug. not sure of offset. I think they would look PIMP painted camo.
Not enough info. It depends on how wide they are and the offset. If you find 18" wheels that are 5.5" to 6" wide with a 38mm offset and put 165/35/18 tires you wouldn't have any problems But it would look ridiculous, and that's probably why that wheel size doesn't exist (unless you buy a bike rim). Why would you want to go that big anyway? The tire profile would have to be really low and the ride would be awful (and you would probably bend the wheels at the first pothole).
Festiva: Because even my dog can build a Honda.
