  • Aspire control arm bushings

I've noticed that my aspire control arms (for Capri brake swap) have a lot of play in the mounts. Almost as if there isn't enough bushing in there. Anyone else had this issue?

Also note that I have my sway bar out right now. Could this be the problem?

Put the sway bar back in, that keeps the wheels centered front to back and stops alot of play also recomend new swaybae to body busgings and new sway bar to control arm bushings

Putting the swaybar back in seems to have helped a lot. Still kinda bugs me how sloppy that was though.

Does anyone know where to get sway bar to body bushings? Rockauto doesnt even have them it seems.

Energy Suspension generic bushings. 7/8" for the Festiva bar, 1" for Aspire.

          Do this to them.

Discuss improvements to your Festiva or Aspire in the handling, braking, wheels and tires areas.
