  • Rear strut tower brace.

Do you think it would be possible to fabricate a rear strut tower brace? I saw a how-to for a mustang, do you think I could use the same concept for the Festiva? Would it be any help to the stock festiva handling?

Its been done, pretty simple to do. There was a member here selling them really cheap, not sure if he still does it. Try a search.

The ones I've seen made for a festiva were just a piece of pipe with the ends flattened and drilled.

I think you wouldn't even notice unless you were racing.

Like posted above some people just take a piece of tubing and smash the ends down and drill a hole in each end then attach it to the top of the struts.

Here is one on a 323, much nicer.
