Sorry for another offset question I have dug through the many offset threads but didn't seem to find anyone running +45 offset so I was just curious if anyone knows whether they'll work or am I better off sticking to 35-40 which are quite common in Australia. I also found some very nice +50 offset (15x6) wheels but that is probably not going to work.

nope, no room in the rear for that offset, stick with the +35Trees aren't kind to me...

im using 15x6.5 offset 40 on my kia pride sedan.... with 185/45 tire combo.... no spacers needed but i used super thin spacer so that i can put the center wheel caps on the rear...
kia pride beta gtx (4 door sedan in Philippines)
1.3L carb engine
b+g lowering springs
15" mags with 185/45/r15 tires
Kia pride 2 door
1.1L carb engine
all stock=))
