It was a "friend of a friend my brother knows" kind of deal. He did a good job on them though.

Well the 12" tires were close to being replaced when I cleaned up my wheels, so instead of replacing the 12" tires I decided to go buy some 13" wheels. I went to a local U-Pull and found a complete set in decent shape on a 2001 Chevy Metro. It only cost me $10 a wheel and a sunburn. So I cleaned them up and painted them with Dupli-Color wheel coating again, except I used Satin Black this time. And the best part was that I already had a really good set of Kumho 175/70/13 tires. When I first found the wheels I wasn't to jazzed about the triangle pattern on the wheels, but as I was cleaning them it started to grow on me, and now that they are on the car it looks very nice IMO. And it handles so much better now with new tires! Once Photobucket is working again I will post some pics.

I think it looks tougher now with this setup. I was thinking about getting some trim rings, but I kind of like it just the way it is. But I do want to find some center caps for it that are similar to the stock Festiva ones.

I'm going to sandblast mine for the time being until I can afford new rims and tires.

That looks awesome! Wish I could find some 13's. I just did my 12's in the Dupli-color Wheel Coating in Gunmetel. Good stuff.
If it don't fit, use a bigger hammer!
