  • Can Mazda tires be used on a 93 Ford Festiva?

I've been offered a set of four tires and rims from a Mazda RX 7 built in the 1980's. Does anyone know if these will work on a 93 Ford Festiva?

The tires are clearly wider and I'm worried about having enough space in the wheel well.

Thanks! I really appreciate this forum.

Yes, to your Q, they will fit.
Here is a list of what will fit.

Welcome to the site! Festiva stock bolt pattern = 114 MM or 4.5 inches

And remember, the search button is your friend!

I think the Mazda RX7 has to be a GXLSE or something for them to fit, if not they have the lame 4x110 bolt pattern.

Okay, the rims will fit. That's great, but does anyone know if they will fit in the wheel wells? They are a little wider than what I'm using now.

Man, this like extracting teeth, so what size are the tires on the Mazda rims?

Are you saying you're using Mazda tires on a Festiva?

                  The Mazda tires I was offered are M+S P2051 60R13 86S.

Do you think they'll work? I am mostly worried about the extra width.

Not sure what you mean by using mazda tires. I didnt know mazda made tires. Im using kumho ecstas.

If there wider then this then you might not be able to use them.

I know you can fit 205/50's under a festy with aspire rear struts but im not to sure about festy struts. I couldnt use the festy struts under mine without grinding the strut alittle.

Thanks! for these pics. The tires are wider, so I guess I have to assume they will not fit. Mazda did make tires back in the 80's.

I have access to a set of rx7 rims. Not sure the year but I believe its a 1st gen rx7. The wheels are 4 bolt pattern and they say mazda on them. They also have a nice 3 inch lip. Can you post a picture of your mazda wheels?

205/60R13 will fit. Its tight, and you have to roll the fenders just a bit, but it gives the car a mean stance, especially from the back
