How much off are the EGT spindle hubs from fitting?

he had to machine the aspire drums way down to turn them into the spindle hub.

I was wondering if the rear disk brakes that are on the Escort that we use the BP from are compatible with the rear aspire swap? I have access if it is a direct swap.
