    They're longer.

    A quote from this sticky.

"festiva and aspire axles have an inboard spline count of 22 with an outboard spline count of 24. Lengths, for the festiva, are 23 7/8" and 34 5/8" left and right, respectively. Lengths, for the aspire, are 24 1/8" and 34 13/16" left and right, respectively."

On a Festiva, they can only be used with Aspire axles. This setup will increase the front track about 1/2" and add negative camber. Using them with Festiva axles will cause the axles to pull out.

The opposite setup, Aspire axles and Festiva LCAs will cause the suspension to bind up.

I believe they are also used when doing the Capri brake swap.

^^ Um, he was asking about LCAs, not half shafts, but the answer is still the same. The Aspire LCAs are longer than the Festiva ones. Something in the neighborhood of an inch, give or take.

I had two out on the shelve in the shop. About an inch longer than the Festiva.
I should see if I still have them?
Aspires and Sways all around, Miata B6 installed, KYB G2Rs just installed in front. Wish for coil overs someday.

I used the axle lengths to show why they are longer.

Probably should have made that clearer :tard:
