New rubber on the new rollers!

Got tires installed on my new wheels today! Found a good deal on the tires on ebay....$187 shipped! They are 165/60/14 Federal Fomoza fd1 on 14x6 "Super Light" mesh wheels. Not a great tire according to the few reviews I read, but not terrible either, and very economical. I still need to refinish the wheels, but here's a little teaser pic before they get painted....

Those are 4x100. I've been wanting a set of these or the similar "Vial" mesh wheels for a while and lucked out when I found these. Got them for a hundred bucks! They just have a few nicks in the lip and there's also some corrosion on the lips that I can't get out so I'm gonna paint them. What kind of wheels are you looking for? Definitely keep and eye on vwvortex.com (usually pretty pricey on there though)

well i am looking for a mesh wheel like those but in a 4x114. nits a lot easier for you to finds stuff being in the states, you just have more ppl selling stuff, and the cost of shipping (if applicable) is dirt cheap

No clue what they came on originally. I've searched and searched but can't find any solid info on them other than they're a now defunct 70's-80's Japanese wheel company known as "Super Light" or "Ultra Light".
