I assume you're in the UK since that seems to be a UK vendor.
If you got that wheel in a 4 X 114.3mm bolt pattern it should fit your stock Festiva/121/Pride. Stick with the 32mm offset and you might rub on the fender lip, but maybe not. That would also depend on tyre size. A 165/60-14 may be okay while a 185/60-14 may not be. Any lower offset and you'll probably rub more, so if you can't get the 32mm I would pass on it. (I believe a 35 to 40mm offset on a 14 X 6" wheel would be best.)
You should go to "User CP" and put in your location, etc. Also, tell us more about your car. What model, what year, carbed or FI, etc? Since you're overseas yours may be different than ours, so more detail is better.
And welcome!

My Ford Festiva is in my family from 12 years. Its 1991 1.3 GL, automatic, US. Its very nice car. Needs some bodywork and paint also new rims and tires.
Soon i will post some pictures my Festiride
If someone ask i'm from Poland
They might fit with the 38mm offset. It depends on how your suspension is and if you could get Aspire (Kia Avella) rear struts to make a bit more room.
If you have to get new wheels, I'd go with the 14s.
If you wanted 13s, you could look for Hyundai Excel (Mitsubishi Precis) rims, which should bolt right on. Are there any Suzuki Swifts there? Our "American" version sold as a Chevy or Geo Metro has nice steel wheels that fit perfectly.
I bet your selection of 13" tyres would be better than ours:
165/65-13?
165/70-13?
155/70-13?
If you can get these sizes they would be good.

these rims will fit with a 25mm offset and that tire size WITHOUT using spacers. If you increase the offset, you'll have to run a spacer in the rear. also you might have to roll your fender lips as well.
