Mom's car needs tires, my 12s are in good shape, I need brakes, I have an aspire swap in the works (I'm starting to swap out the bad brake booster and master cylinder in a few moments, I'm waiting on an aspire rear spindle to arrive to finish the rest of that) so I'm doing the brakes and getting new rims and tires and donating my 12s to her and my dad for their cars

I'm getting ready to place an order for tires and want a good idea for this, I have stock Festiva suspension but will be going to GR2 suspension, what setup did you use Perucho?
I had 13x5.5 wheels with +38mm offset. About 3/8" to 1/2" clearance from the tire to the rear strut perch. Cut stock springs up front, FMS spring on the rear. GR2 struts on all 4 corners. 175/70/13 tires. No problems on the front but I had to roll the rear fender lip because the tire would rub at full strut compression.
Do the math, you could be ok. I don't remember if you have an Aspire swap but 185/70/14 is A LOT bigger than stock Festiva tire diameter. Stock brakes will make for a scary ride.

I agree. I would consider getting something else. There are a ton of wheel options for that size!

+1. Unless you are getting them for free or dirt cheap I'd keep looking. They just aren't my taste though.....more of an old school mesh wheel fan myself!

I prefer the classic 5 spokes myself and this fits the bill for what I'm looking for, it's a bit more tasteful than what I see on all the hondas and junk pile cars in the school parking-lot.... I am buying them off evil bay, and getting the KYB GR2 from Summit... I've rebuilt this car from the ground up at this point the only thing I haven't worked on is the transmission though it hasn't given me any problems.
