  • Bubble Like The Aspire ?

Would the WB Aspire/Festiva have the same Suspension setup as the Mazda 121 Bubble.. unsure if you guys got/get the bubble..the bubble has Disc Brakes up front with drums in the rear. the suspension is the same as the WB festiva.. bolts right in.

That's right, North America didn't get the 121 "Bubble cars." I do have a factory flyer on them and the suspension looked a lot like the Aspire. I wouldn't be surprised if Bubble suspension bolted onto an Aspire or Festiva, but I really don't know.

Champion Nick. Because all the parts for bubbles were the same as aspires. Well now I'm on the look out for cheap festys and bubbles. Haha. I also wonder why they didn't release the bubble in the states ? They were like a rounded upgrade of the festiva. Looks like you boys need to import them :laughing6:

My guess is the 121 Bubble was Mazda's "Festiva replacement" while the Aspire/Avella was Kia's "Festiva replacement." There may have been some sharing of info and specs, but I really don't know for sure. Just a guess.

During the late 80s and 90s there was alot of ideas between car dealers. Holden and Toyota, Mazda and Ford. Probs more examples in America. All the best cars were two+ company designed.

Yeah that would be the same as the 93+ festiva, the 93+ fesitva or (aspire) the LCA is longer than the 88-93.
