hey, anyone know how much wider the axles are on a escort gt compaired to the 323 gt ones? like if you had them put in a trans what the total width would be from tip to tip with the mid shaft...

I was curious to find new cv shafts for my '90 323 and came upon this link. List of cars that will interchange. http://my.cardone.com/English/club/m...ARTNUM=662136# you'll have to hit detailed applications at the bottom. I thought the capri and festiva spline count was the same unless I'm reading it wrong-90 festiva - bp swap "relentless" (thanks matt) aspire swap, pacesetter, underdrive pulley

I just pulled a GT engine and trans today and I'm going back tomorrow to grab the engine harness and a bunch of other things. I was wondering the same thing. I'll measure axle lengths, get spline count, track width, all that wonderful stuff and take some pictures. I'll let you know 1st hand soon!Comment

I believe there is a thread here where a guy used a spread sheet for the various sizes and types. it should not be burried too far down as i read it a week ago i believe.Comment
