What's your intended budget looking like? The input of this board will be very different if you are hoping to spend less than $100 on improving your handling compared to $1000. It will also depend severely on the condition of your vehicle. For example, if you have blown shocks or worn out springs or eroded bushings... it won't really matter what else you do before fixing those accordingly.
The Festiva hubs will have next to no bearing on how your suspension setup may change short of the fact that your brake options are limited and your wheels have a different bolt pattern. Neither of those directly impacts suspension much more than implying you have less unsprung weight on the basis of your calipers and rotors and may still have smaller wheels and tires.1988 Chevy Sprint Turbo 997cc

AGX struts in the rear with a 125 or 150lb coilover spring would be decent. Crank up the dampening when youre feeling sporty. I run the same strut but with 250lb springs and its great for drag racing but too harsh to be considered comfortable.91GL BP/F3A with boost

I think Brad's AGX struts are from an Eclipse, right? AGXs are no longer made for Festiva/Aspire.
Also, it should be common knowledge that the KYB GR2 rear struts are only offered for "Festiva spec," which means the spring perch is not as high as the Aspire spec ones no longer offered. If you get KYBs for the rear your 175/70-13s may rub a bit with some wheel offsets.

best check your rear struts, it's hard to tell they're bad untill they're compleatly gone. a good strut/shock will push itself all the way back up after being fully compressed. if it doesn't, replace it.Trees aren't kind to me...
