The 155/70-12 will put you about 6 to 7mm lower than stock.
The 145/70-12s will put you about 13mm lower than stock.
The only tire you can get (at least from Tires-easy right now), is the fairly well known 175/50-13, which puts you about 15mm lower than stock. Only that one costs a bunch. The little skinny ones linked above are quite cheap in comparison.
Finally, this 165/55-13 (which I think I've posted about before) puts you around 11mm lower than stock:
