The 175/60-13 Falkens are still available from Tires-easy:

Reifen für PKWs und Transporter extrem günstig. Wir bieten Ihnen Autoreifen äußerst vorteilhaft! Klitzekleine Preise, versandkostenfreie Lieferung schon ab 2 Reifen, günstiger Montageservice für Reifen fast überall in der Schweiz, unkomplizierte Bestellung, flexible Zahlungsabwicklung, sehr große Auswahl

I had these on Aqua's front end for a couple weeks and they handled pretty well IMO. As you can see, there are several other choices in that size as well. The Platinum 7s are new there and may be a good tire for all I know.

          Then there is this size:

Reifen für PKWs und Transporter extrem günstig. Wir bieten Ihnen Autoreifen äußerst vorteilhaft! Klitzekleine Preise, versandkostenfreie Lieferung schon ab 2 Reifen, günstiger Montageservice für Reifen fast überall in der Schweiz, unkomplizierte Bestellung, flexible Zahlungsabwicklung, sehr große Auswahl

Those 165/65-13s are a couple mm smaller diameter than your current 185/60s which should not drop your mileage at all. They would probably increase it, while still giving some good handling.

If two of your current 185/60s are in good shape, you could also just buy two more of the same size. Here are your choices at Tires-easy:

Reifen für PKWs und Transporter extrem günstig. Wir bieten Ihnen Autoreifen äußerst vorteilhaft! Klitzekleine Preise, versandkostenfreie Lieferung schon ab 2 Reifen, günstiger Montageservice für Reifen fast überall in der Schweiz, unkomplizierte Bestellung, flexible Zahlungsabwicklung, sehr große Auswahl

That would be the most cost-effective route and the way I'd go if two of your current tires are okay. The 175/60-13s would be my next choice and would lower your profile without going too low. Plus all of those choices are all seasons and should get you through the rest of winter better than any summer tire. My Falkens did fine in the little snow we had here in OH. (Since I put all snows on we've had only one dose of about an inch. Rats!)

I'm really thinking about getting the 165/55/13s! Since 175/50s are practically unicorn poop.
