Got new wheels

Ok I picked up a nice used set of koning 13x5 wheels today. I was at a swap meet today looking for some speed parts for my 2.3 when I spot a set of wheels. After talking to the guy and finding out he's an idiot after he tells me that they came off of his 92 fiesta. Anyway I picked them up for 150 with near new tires on them. They look like they were made for the festys I am able to use the stock lug studs. They only had 2 of the hub centric rings and 2 center caps does anyone know if you can still order the rings and if so where?

if you know the bore size of the rims, you can get rings, they're available everywhere.
