  • The only difference I have seen with miata bushings is that they are more readily available. Thet may be identical.

    • I forgot to update this thread with my latest shocks. These are 36mm Monotube Bilstein coilovers for the festiva. I currently have 180lb springs on them and they are on my bone stock 89L. The dampening is a bit much for stock, but boy is this thing on rails! Lol.

        • working on something for you to try, Charlie. (actualy, JesterATC is modeling an add on, and if the prototype goes as planned, you should be able to re-create it in your shop).

it should complement the pictured suspention components nicely, that's all i'll say.

                          • I have them on my 89 4 speed right now. They feel good on the street, a little firmer ride than the stock fitment KYB's even with a softer (120lb) spring rate. Ideally I would like to run the lowest spring rates possible, but still have predictable and controlled body roll. This will allow the car to absorb bumps and bump curbs most efficiently. I have not used the Gas adjusts on the track yet, as I haven't been to the track in several months. I've been busy with work and school and trying to get enough new ideas together to justify the cost of a race season. Thanks for your interest.

                              • awesome sounds promising, i dd my car over 100 miles each day to work.
and would like my car to ride ok but handle well to.
but I'm also on a budget. and don't won't to shell out 400 bucks for the raceland setup.
i was thinking vw gas adjust or kybs. with 120 lbs 10 inch springs.
but I'm kinda lost on the front i think i want 180 lbs springs ?? i have the b6d swap but stock trans.
and but them springs on Rio, mk2 or neon strut..
                                what's your thoughts.
thinks in advanced i greatly appreciate it and all you do for this sight.
