Thanks Karl for pointing it out to everyone
And to ad: no sir I steered clear of the the entire car with my genderLOL I don't call it the fun box for that reason or anything close to that.
That's hilarious guys thanks for the laugh.

Bobbyspider, you shouldn't get your "gender" too close to your suspension. Pinch points, possible debris and what if someone caught you? :p

I have 15's with 205's on them. On the front I have capri knuckles with the galant upgrade. The rotor goes over the hub so that adds space along with the capri knuckle already widening track.
In the back I have KYB AGX's with 2.5" coilovers. Needed a 5/16 spacer for this. I also have the EGT rear discs on the aspire beam so that rotor also adds space.
It eats up wheel bearings. I dont care for this setup at all anymore. Id rather run a plain aspire swap with 13-14 inch wheels.

Wheel spacers - find a set of junk mag wheels with an inset lug face, cut the centers out and belt them down to the depth you want.
Or pick up a cheap set for $25 from auto zone
Bad drums also work. Saw the drum off the face and drill the threads out of the holes. You can use bolts from a Saturn L-Series, they're almost 13mm longer and have a standard sized head on them.Last edited by Christ; 07-13-2012, 02:49 PM.

Get used to nothing working the way you want it to, that's pretty normal when your building cars, especially when your just starting out. Learn how to take a break when things get too intense. I used to smash windshields when things went wrong, lol. Breaks are m uch cheaper than windshields. Haha. Don't forget that it's not the end of the world if you can't finish the protect you started in the time you wanted to. It's easy to back yourself into a corner with projects of any type, remember to leave yourself space to breathe.
Find those wheel spacers, you'll probably need them.

Trim the perch and thin out the spring a little, if you don't want to roll the fender lip
at least "adjust " them a little so they are the same on both sides.
i already have my fenders rolled and puckerd out (stretched) ill have to try trimming the perch and i have a some 1/4" spacers laying around maybe that will help. i just feel like taking myself to the arena and punching me in the face. mag wheels were a bad idea from the start and i should have known better i got a flat tire and decided to put my 15s on but dont fiton top of that i have to drive my pos bp that has just given me so much crap rite from the start and now im throwing myself into a glh clone swap when i cant even get my other 2 cars straight. WHATS THE DEAL! i dont have the mechanical ability of other people here im a freaking graphic designer for crying out loud. but i keep trying things that are way more advanced than my knowledge. yea sure i got these festivas with swaps but if it wasnt for arty and matts help they would still be motorless and sitting in my garage, granted i did learn alot and could prob do the swap by my self now. im tired of junk going wrong! i just wanted to move forward with my bp and boost it this summer and do a glh clone for a semi fast and very unique daily driver. but ive just about had it and am thinking about just kicking it all to the curb! cars have been a love hate relationship and im full tilt on hate rite now!
sorry im sure your tired of hearing me wining like a little girl who dropped her ice cream cone but i just had to vent it.

I have the exact same Wheels as ideal society he must have aspire suspension I guess. I have kyb's and my car is super low bur u do have rolled and even stretched fenders. It looks like I'm going to have to mod the rear struts? I haven't even tried them on front yet. I'm trying to put these on my white car because I think that these mag 0 offset wheels are messing up my hubs or bearings or something plus I got a flat so instead of buying a tire I figured I'd use the wheels I have that have good tires already. So in the meantime I'm driving my subaru sounding 3 cylinder BP to work LOL but realty want to get this done before I cause more damage to my BP... ugh why can't my solutions be easier
