It's slightly over 4in. To go any lower will require custom taller tophats for the front, that will give my more suspension travel, I've had it around 3in but it hits the bumpstops up front, which is no fun! Rears have plenty of stroke left.

I'm going to see if a shop can cut my rio hats, and add about 2 1/2-3in of pipe to the top side letting me esentially lower the body and have the same amount of travel as now. Which rides great by the way!

Then I could go as low as I want and still be functional.

Are those XXR's? If they are, what model? I would love to put a set of those on my festy. (Not in gold though, black would be more suited to my baby)

Also, if you don't mind me asking. How much did you pay for them?

Just saw this thread. Car looks sick.

What's the story on the red 96-98 cobra in the background. Fellow mustang enthusiast here.

LSX powered Fox Body? Would that be a Fevy or a Chord?

But on topic of my original post, I've sold my xxr's.

Picked up a set of chrome 13x7 +0 offset Circle Track wheels.

Also snagged some 175/60/13 Federal Fd1's, really wanted some 175/50/13s but those are impossible to find.

I think there are going to be a lot of broken hearts man, I think we were all looking forward to seeing those gold wheels at madness. I hear ya on the 175/50-13's. Ten years ago they were 50 bucks a tire, now you gotta order them from Europe and they are like 160 a tire. the 60 series should still look good stretched over those 13x7's though.

LOL some of my friends let out a big NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! when I told them I wanted to swap to 13s :p

I like to change up my wheels every few months...call me a skank :nono:

Sadly I'm not sure I'll make it to Madness right this second, I'm pretty sure something inside my diff/trans is extremely unhappy. Tearing it apart now to see what the damage is...
