Instead of spending $120 on wheel adaptors, why not just upgrade to Aspire brakes? You are planning on putting on heavier wheels and tires than stock. The increase in rotating mass will make your stock brakes work harder, and they are marginal to begin with.

15" steelies would hardly be worth it... 15" tires that are low enough profile for the festiva, are NOT going to be cheap. Wouldn't want to drop big money on tires just to mount to steel rims. Also 15" steelies are going to be a lot heavier...

Those are hot! Looks a lot like the ones on Danny's barbie car. A big plus with those is that they have both bolt patterns so you can use them now AND not have to change wheels if you do the aspire brakes in the future
