suspension upgrades?

Hey guys. Im wondering what you all think about suspension for the festy. I have a 93 tht has a bp and f series in it. Looking to upgrade the suspension. Whats the best bang for your buck and where to order from? Maybe advice on what weight spring and what brands. Im looking for a smooth ride but when i race it i dont want the rear to squat so much. Im not a hugh suspension guy if you cant tell lol. Thanks any help is wonderful!

Where have you been? Get the h&*^ out there and track down a dead or dying Ford Aspire so you can bolt everything brake and suspension-wise, from it, to underneath your car before you have a heart attack from 'sailing along' with 40 more hp than you safely can carry with what you've got at the moment.

Tires and the rear beam will make the biggest impact, but the front brakes and the springs will be the best investment overall. I opted for 175/150 and it's a little bit harsh on rougher roads because I keep the car pretty low. Charlies stuff is a little to advanced for me. I dont know much about suspension stuff lol. I never get lucky enough to come accrosed a aspire. Thanks guys!
