I tried a search on here and google and can only seem to find like 14" or 15",do any companies make sizes near stock for a festiva for a winter tire?

If it's 145/80-12s in snows you're looking for I bought the remaining eastern Ontario stock of Goodyear Nordics when they were discontinued 3 years ago. PM if you're interested.

Check Discount Tire. I just bought four new regular 12" tires from them for $US 170 including balancing and mounting to put my '91 Aqua GL with A/C and P/S back on the road. A couple years ago, I think I bought 12" snows from them and took them as checked baggage to Los Anchorage, where 12" tires of all types have been extinct for quite a few years now.
