Would the 2mm wider hub diameter (56.1 vs 54.1) of an accord wheel require hub-centric rings? If so, where can I find them, my searches yielded nothing.

no... you're looking at a 1mm thick ring, totaly not worth anything.Trees aren't kind to me...
currently: 2 88Ls (Scrappy and Jersey), 88LX, 90L(Pepe), 91L, 91GL (Skippy) 93 GL Sport (the Mighty Favakk), 94 (Bruce) & 95 Aspire SEs, 97 Aspire (The Joker),
94 Justy 4WD, 87 Fiero GT, plus 2 parts cars. That's my fleet.

So you're saying the stock Festiva hub is 54.1mm?
I'm asking the question because the 4th poster on this thread said it was 59.5mm.....http://www.fordfestiva.com/forums/sh...l=1#post261729
