Simple Bolt in Coil overs? Help

I'm rebuilding my suspension, but I want coil overs. I read a lot of people using mk3 golf coils but I can't find a write up if it's fabricated or bolt in. Are there any coil overs bolt in? Also would I need to change these if I'm planning on an Aspire brake swap or is it all compatible? I'm still a newbie mechanic /.\

Check out this thread. If they work on stock Festiva suspension, they should work with the Aspire setup.
