Reason to keep key socket on car

    I welded pipe on ends of old chipper knives, and by using ready bolt, nuts and washers, keeps the edge under the bearing, and when tightening the taper will slide it off a bit to get started.

    Heavy blocks of iron and round stock, slowly knock stuff apart.

    And to assemble, small punch/sockets/whatever.

    It's not the tools, it's the method.

      Ive been using a caliper piston from a 626 to get the bearings pressed in, makes it 20x easier when you can drop the bearing in the knuckle, press in the outter seal, then press the knuckle onto the hub shaft...don't have to fight the outter seal with a screwdriver or prybar.
