  • parts needed for rio/aspire swap

    so I want bigger brakes and easier steering.
    what is needed for the swap.
    I know need 01-02 rio struts and springs but do I use those knuckles brakes and aspire control arms or do I have this wrong
    do I use rio struts springs and aspire knuckles and brakes and control arms
    just need some one to confirm this thanx

    also for the rear can I just swap aspire brakes and struts or do I need the whole rear beam to get the brakes

    For the front:

    Rio strut mounts, struts, springs, knuckles, calipers and rotors.

    Take two coils off the springs and use Escort GT (mid 90's) tie rod ends.

    You don't need Aspire control arms.

    For the rear:

    The complete Aspire rear axle and e-brake cable. The struts you have are fine, but if you want more tire clearance, get Aspire spec struts.

      And use the Monroe Aspire struts for the rear if clearance is needed. Gabriel Aspires are the same perch height as those for a Festiva. I found that out after I had bought them for mine.
