14" accord steelies/tire size needed

Sorry if this has been mentioned but I have searched with no results.I just picked up some stock steelies off a 90s Honda accord. What size tires do I need to look for? Looking for winter tires.

The only hint I can give is the Honda wheels stick in towards the car even more so you can go with a little bit wider tire and not hit anything. Don't go more than 3 inches taller overall or will rub no matter what

I was looking at the 175/64/14. Well this guy with no issues? Also any recommendations on winter tires?

165/60/14, or 185/55/14. i run 155/70/13 for winter.

I ran 175/65R14s on my Stanza steelies, same size wheel as the Accord, but I'm not too sure about the offset on the Accords, the Nissans were +38mm.
