Nitro, my Nokian Ws were "all season" snows. Good for year round. Unfortunately I got a hole in one and it couldn't be repaired. By that time my size was no longer available so I threw a used JY Michelin all season on the fourth corner. The Nokian Ws seemed to have better steering response than my General A-Arctics. Those are the only two snows I've ever had.

The Nokians at Tires-easy have free shipping, so they may be a better buy than some other snows. I'd also expect the Nordmans to be pretty good tires since Nokian is known for snow tire goodness and they've been in that game in the Great White North for a long time.
