You can get tires in 195/45-15 as well as the more common 195/50-15 size.
I like the looks of those wheels but no weights are listed. If they're over 14 pounds I'd not be interested.
I myself hope to switch to a 15" size some day. I'd like 15 X 6.5" lighter than 12# and offset around 35 to 42mm. Tires will be 195/45s. Ride height will be around 10mm taller than stock.

I keep hoping to find some 4x100 / 4x114 wheels 13"-15" used for $200 or less. Found many 17"-18" for $250 with decent tires but even stock aluminum 4x114 wheels they want $400 minimum with too big of tires. So id have to pay to dismount then sell for maybe $50, it ain't worth it. I can get brand new, unbent, no curb rash for under $400 for 4.1963 Fairlane - future NSS drag car

I like the F05. I nearly put some on my old Focus before I sold it. I like minimalism.Any difference that makes no difference is no difference.

195/55-15 will rub and throw your speedo way off.
These are cheaper and fit a festiva without rubbing at all, they fit up to a 7" wide wheel and they don't throw the speedo off or reduce gas mileage or require big brakes. I run them every day on my carb'd 89 with stock 200K mile brakes and it's a huge improvement in everything from stock.

Also, I have scored sets of these O.Z. wheels well within your budget, so keep an eye out for them. Stock O.Z. 15x6 4x114.3 Mitsubishi lancer wheels. They are 46mm offset though so you'll want some spacers, though it's not necessary.Driving for me is neither a right nor a privilege. What is necessary to keep 195/55/15's from rubbing? I know it's taller springs and spacers or offset, but from what/where? The speedo is off in the black car anyway, which is what the wheels will go on. A taller tire will get it reading closer anyway, I'm off by 5mph @ 60 now.1963 Fairlane - future NSS drag car
