Can anyone confirm that this is the correct bushing for the rear beam-to-body mount?

The description in your link indicates that it's for a Mazda 121 coupe or sedan and a Mazda RX-5 coupe or sedan. Based on that I think the part you've shown is for this....

I am sure glad my car doesn't look like that. I was kind hoping the dimensions in the description might ring a bell with someone.

Thanks Jake, yes for a Festiva

not only are some of the critical dimensions off but there's no provision for resistance to rotation. this is a GTX bushing but it should be the same dimensions as a regular stiva. i've never removed a rear bushing but i am assuming the fluted middle matches fluting in the beam. there is even an F and R stamped on the face to position this correctly. (front & rear). i was under the impression that this bushing contributed to the resistance to movement of the rear beam rather than just being a vibration isolator. i know when i removed my rear shocks and springs it was difficult to pull the beam down against the shear resistance of these bushings to gain clearance to pull out the spring. enlighten me if i am wrong, please. i'd like to know what all that these do to contribute to suspension control.

That's pretty cool info on the GTX. I have to remember that cause I do need them for my dd, though I was looking for something a little stiffer for my build car. That was the best I could come up with. Guess stock it is.

Can anyone confirm the part number for the STOCK rear beam bushing? Forgive me if I'm an idiot. I searched but couldn't find.

Ford never listed these as a separate part. unbelievable but you had to buy the whole rear beam which came with them installed. doesn't seem to be an aftermarket source for them either. 4G might still have them for the pride. FMS used to sell the harder GTX ones shown.

                        Gotcha, thanks for the info!!

Is there a part number for the full beam w/ new bushings? (Festiva not Aspire)

sho nuff and i'll look it up for you but i guarantee it is no longer available. and if it was, Ford would want $500 for it. now 4G has identical fit beams for the Aspire with the torsion bar and even with shipping it wouldn't cost as much as a genuine Ford beam.

here's the avella rear. too bad the stabilizer bar isn't available anymore but they're still showing the beam, and it should have the stabilizer welded into it.
                            KDX50 28 300E. only $182.

Oh, perfect! you da man. Just to clarify, and forgive my ignorance, that's a direct bolt in for us? We've got a custom disk brake rear, but if the beam is a bolt-in, I'm sure we could make the brakes work too.

                              Thanks again!
