Aspire brake upgrade

Hey my name is Sean I love my 92 festiva I just did the Aspire brake upgrade and I just blew out both front wheel bearing inners and outers from week apart from each other.(both sides we're replace with fresh brand new bearing inners and outers both side with seals innter and outers were replaced too before installing on the car) The passenger side knuckle was replaced again not saveable and now the driver side bearing blew out today......I need some HELP I can't keep changing wheel bearing every other week.....what am I doing wrong I'm so lost

Did you put the spacer back in between the bearings inside the spindle. Also what are you tightening the axle bolt too. It should be really tight unlike festy that has pressed bearings.
