  • Brakes for Project B6T ?

    Hey Ian,
I was looking through the suspension stuff and saw that the XR2 brakes are even larger that the Aspire and that they fit the Festiva.

So do you still have the XR2 you pulled your motor from? If so this sounds like it would be an awesome swap.

What type brakes does the XR2 have on the rear disc or drum? I wounder if they would fit as well.

I wonder why there hasn't been more on the XR2 brake swap versus the Aspire swap? As long as I have a whole XR2 Parts car I might as well keep the frond hubs and see what I can do with them

XR2 rear suspension will be totally different from a Festiva rear. I'm pretty sure it's an IRS setup.

If you're lucky, one pair of wheel bearings may swap (like on a Kia Rio). Not much else, I'm afraid.
