  • how much did you pay for aspire calipers?

i got my aspire swap stuff, one of the calipers sticks so i dont want to use it, i went to advance auto parts and they said it costs 88 dollars for a new one! and that is including the core! WTF! my big block corvette calipers were only 60 a peice and they were 4 piston! is there a better price out there on these?

watch some of those, they only come with the caliper. No sliders and no caliper bracket. On some you actually need to remove the 2 bolts on the caliper and remove the non moving side and reuse. So if your sliders don't work then you need to make sure of what your buying.

I'd stick with "loaded" or "semi-loaded" calipers, so you don't have to mess with replacing the old sliders onto the newer calipers. I had to do tht once and they gave me plenty of trouble. Had to replace one newer caliper!

I just ordered the caliper kit and rebuilt it. So far so good(8 months). I already owned the hone for leaning up the bore. But the seal kits were under $5 ea I think.
