Ben, I'd say no. If Capri and 323 springs fit our cars, then we'd be talking about it a lot as an upgrade. I could be wrong, especially since I'm not sure if your Capri is the same as ours was, but if it says the Capri and 323 share many of the suspension pieces, then it should not fit a Festiva/Mazda 121.
It may be possible to adapt these springs, but you'd be using a lot of other different suspension parts as well. I think U.S. Capri struts can be modified to fit our cars with some work.
Compare the spring sizes described in your linked ad to the sizes of Festiva springs. I think Rich Norman has them listed in his article section here at FF.COM.
