  • Is there such a thing as custom 12" rims?

I've been thinking of going to 13 inch rims, but now that I'm learning a lot off this site, can you get custom 12 inch rims? And if so, where?

    scoop
    Cheers!

I'm sure you could somewhere or have them custom made OUCH $$$ but what would you do
for good tire? Not to may 12" tire sizes out there. Go with 13's or 14's so you can get some
    decent tires.

Checked any golfcart supply places? They're doing some cool stuff. Don't know if they're street legal though. Or...check with UK manufacturers. Stuff like Minilites come in small sizes, and the mini car scene there supports small wheels.

Take your oem wheel and split the weld straight thru the middle of it, and a 3 inch piece of steal the way around. Go buy some lawnmower turf tires!!!! Mini slicks!!

Good point about the tires. I've already had problems in the past. No point in fancy rims if all I can get are snowtires.
I'll check out the UKs, but might have to sleep on the lawnmower idea.

          thanks for the replies
          Cheers!

How about looking for some minilites? Classic wheel, small sizes, mostly European suppliers, though.

I don't know if Minilites where only made for Mini Coopers, but if they are, I don't think they will fit; I checked it out last week as I was searching for substitutes for Watanabe-style wheels, and found out that the old Minis had a freakbolt pattern, but can't remember what...I'll check it out...
The left lane? Are you crazy!!! I never drive in the left lane...It's full of freaks driving the wrong way and charging right at you!!!

The old minis where 10 inch tires also. Or at least the one I look at was.
