When searching for aspire brake parts does it matter if it is 2 or 4 door? I would imagine that only the rear could possibly be different on the 4 door but does anyone know the difference?

i don't even know, is probably the same tho. I read that the automatics have fatter front disc brakes than the 5-speed models though.

The only difference I know of is thicker rotors for the auto Aspires. I have conjectured that the 4 door Aspires may have had stronger rear springs but I now doubt that.

The reason I asked is that all the yards I checked when searching said that 2 and 4 dr are diiferent but of course they don't know what is different. I wish I had time to figure out exactly what it is but since I don't I will play it safe and get a setup from a 2 door car.91 Festiva GL 1.6sohc 5 speed

no difference in 2 or 4 door, just auto or man. ABS vs non, one has provisions for speed sensors. go for non if you have a choice.Jim DeAngelis
