will this make my car get a little better traction? im looking for all that i can get. and if this will help how much a differance will it be? noticable or not really?

my parts car has the aspire sway bar on it, i haven't looked at it enough to see if bolted on without modifying though

I would think that the best front bar mod for a Festiva would be a custom hollow bar of slightly larger diameter. This would stay about the same stiffness while being lighter by 3 to 6 pounds or so. You'd need custom body mounts for it.
Perhaps take a stock Festiva bar, cut off the ends and weld a hollow bar the same shape to connect them? Wonder how much that would cost?
