  • Front + Rear Aspire Suspension swap?

Hey guys, i'm new to the Festiva world and I have a question...
I'm going to buy a 1989 Festiva (L i believe) and one of the first things I want to do after purchase is the Aspire swap...I looked around the forums for a good while but I just kinda want a refreshed bunch of answers ops: ...
What parts would I need to get to complete the swap? Thanks in advance!
(btw, I know someone [Wil i believe?] did a write-up on it, but the page isn't there anymore > http://www.fordfestiva.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=144 <)

to find one is hit or miss like any part in the junkyard meaning when you need a part sometimes a car is not there but if you do not need one then they are plenty there. it has happend to me a couple of times.

Aspire's aren't too hard to find. You need the front hub's, with rotor and caliper's and outer tie rods. And the whole rear axle assy. You will also need different wheels because the Aspire has a different bolt pattern than the Festiva.

Not bad, getting a new/another job soon so paying it off wouldn't be so bad...after I get the car, I'm going to search for some junkyards nearby...probably wont start the swap immediately but yeah

lol, ahh only if =\ I just test driven the Festiva today...i love it already. question..it may be a little 'common sense' but should I go for Aspire's that have decently low mileage?
