  • minigun throttle cable.

Was looking into throttle cable for minigun, did the standard search, morse cables, lokar etc, I needed one 120" long. Most were $70 +

The I was just looking around and found a source for go carts ( well minigun is just a big go cart ) any way. Total ... $15.

Sweet!! So how close it to being mechanically complete?

      1988 323 Station Wagon - KLG4 swapped
      1988 323 GT - B6T Powered
2008 Ford Escape - Rollover Survivor

1990 Festiva - First Ever Completed KLZE swap (SOLD)

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

        mechanical stuff left.

1 ) make bracket for throttle cable on throttle body ( cable is installed, 1 hr work left )
2 ) bolt clutch cable to clutch arm ( about 20 minutes of work)
3 ) install 4 bolts in gas tank tabs to frame ( 10 minutes)
4 ) exhaust work, have all the parts ready to go, wating to finish rear bumber because they ( mufflers ) hide behind it . 1 days work I guess
5 ) adjust camber, front rear. ( couple hrs max)
6 ) run wire from alternator to battery and one to battery light in dash ( 1 or 2 hours)
7 ) install clamps to hold up fuel lines and wire under car. ( 1 hr maybe)
8 ) Put the front brake calipers back on, minor welding to spacer on lower ball joints ( couple hrs max)
9 ) seat brackets, having a friend plasma cut some brackets out of aluminum for me, they should be done tomorrow. 2 hrs to istall seats.
10 ) install thermostat inline to radiator cooling fan motor ( 30 minutes )

        BODY WORK

Final sanding on all the body plugs is just about done,, they I put one layer of fiber glass on them sand out then make the make the molds from them, most of the hard workis done as making molds and parts is simple lay up work.

        PAINT

        DRIVE.
