  • minigun , it moves

Got just about everything hooked up , enough for a test drive anyway. Fired it up and let in warm up a couple miunutes.

Moved the shifter around , felt fine , clutch was working smooth. Shifted it into R and gave it a little blip of the throttle and eased out the clutch. It moved

Did the same thing in 1st, not much gas just enough to prevent stalling. Okay this was working fine.

So I move it back and forth a few times, a little more gas each time. I was getting cocky and gave her a good rev and let out the clutch....

    BANG !

Note to self. install motor mount bolts !

No damage except to my underwear. The motor mounts have studs that go out the bottom and though the frame with a nut on the back side, I guess they are laying around here somewere. The motor just jump up a little to remind me of my stupidy.

If the next couple days I should be able to post a video of it under its own power.

When you do take it out for a ride, get some video of this thing. I don't want to see it so much as I want to HEAR it!

BTW, sorry about the underwear. :p

Painting, how fun ( in reality I like painting) Beats pressure washing in this weather. Ya the dogfish beer has to grow on you. Its all pretty strong but you do get used to it.

I lost my marbles when I started this project so losing my nuts was only a factor of time.
