    Interested to see how your numbers come out with the BPrt. Guess you'll have it running tonight, eh?

    BTW I had a swell** time seeing all the new (to me) faces from the board, going to the track and the dyno--both new experiences for me. Thanks for a great time and a great swap Greg!!!

    * For now.
    ** ??

    I wish we would have gotten to dyno the b3. I'm curious too as to what my car is gonna do, and was really bummed that it didn't make it with the group. I'd love to have it running tonite, but it's still raining here

    Your more than welcome Tom. I enjoyed evey minute of your visits and building your car. I'm glad we got to hang out more than we did at Madness. And I'm glad she got you home. I think you'll have lots of fun with that car, and It should be around for a while.

    Post a pic of your dyno sheet. I'm sure some here would like to see it, and next time you feel like coming down, we will make a cat delete pipe and get more power out of that thing.

    Now I've got to get Casper where he should be. Well after Euro....

        Tomorrow I will do a mileage run on Kittystiva. This is the same car I did all the other mileage runs BTW. At 60 MPH and keeping it out of boost, I'm hoping for about 45 MPG. With a healthy stock motor this car got 50.5 MPG at 60, and 58.5 at 55.

                Yes, Greg installed the nice big boost gauge and oil pressure gauge, which I bought at Summit Racing, under the ashtray. Should be a pic of it here somewhere.

                          • Not much new to report yet. Will do a mileage run in 4th @ 60 prob. on Saturday. Installing a new radio to replace the megacrappy one that was there. Speaker wiring needs to be sorted out, but not too hard.

                            Might get to the Aspire sway bar this weekend if it's a direct bolt-on; and pull some front Aspire brakes at the JY too. Thought I heard a little noise from my right front bearing today, but possibly not. Just want to be prepared to slap on the Aspire front brakes when needed.

                            Nice ferocious acceleration, especially compared to stock! Showed some car guys at Advance Auto, who know about my Festys, the 1.6 and rear turbo. They were pretty blown away, especially when I told them it'll out-accelerate some Mustangs and Camaros, but I can still get 40 MPG if I drive it easy. Planning on a MSD boost timing controller, then when I come down before Madness 4 Greg can stick on a cat delete pipe, and we can go have fun at the dyno and track!

                            Decided not to cut the springs, due to the intake pipe (from turbo to intake manifold) hanging down. Just gonna put on new GR2 struts and the Aspire sway bar.

                            Here is a link to 1/4 mile and 0 - 60 times for various cars, as tested by car magazines:

                            The little blue car even beats some older Corvettes! Notice the 1987 (not a typo) Festy on the list too.
