        You should check the rules of the places you are planning to race.

        Around here a fuel cell setting next to the driver like that is a huge no no.

        Just the rubber fuel lines in the passenger compartment are an instant no race at our tracks.

          We have no tech at our local track

          There is maybe 8" of rubber there that doesn't have steel line in it other then the vent.

            got my old daily back operational,time to retire the festiva to occasional/track duty

            got my 20.5/7/13 slick in the mail yesterday guess iu can get serious on the weight removal now

              Bringing it back from the dead here.I got the car back a few days ago


              I spent most of my time undoing the interior additon trying to get back to where it used to be

              I've made a list of things to fix

              Replace clutch with one that will hold the motor

              Replace the passenger headlight and grill from where he wrecked it

              Reprime the whole car

              Add coilovers

              Rebuild engine

              Finish gutting the car

                                Your engine intake looks long with those long runners! That's a B8, right? Is that a stock intake manifold?
