i guess i need to make one of these so i dont start a new thread every single time i do something lol.

    1992 ford festiva

1995 1.8 twin cam escort gt engine, (new water pump, timing belt, tensioners, idler pulley, and two exhaust cams degree-ed)
festiva stock tranny (g-series in the process)
turbo charged with a t3/t4 mazda miata turbo manifold (so i was told, looks like a t2 flange to me)
    garret t28 turbo,
full 2.5 inch exhaust out the back of the car,
tial style blow off valve and open wastegate.
    manual boost controller,
all aluminum front mount intercooler and piping all tig welded and t bolt clamps
    walbro 255 fuel pump,
    360cc injectors
has a 4 puck spec stage five race clutch
mazda b series axles (so i was told)
    13 inch steel wheels
moroso aluminum battery box moved to behind the passenger seat

this is how the car looked the day i brought it home.

i cut the bumper out a little more for more flow, and i added a grill. i painted the grill and the hood satin black.

i picked up a set of wheels 15x8 et0 so i needed some fender flares. got these today. taped them up quick. looks aweful with the steelies but you get the idea. i might actually need some wider wheels now

Cool, whats the point of the holes cut in the back bumper cover?
-93' L BP swap/e-series, coilovers, RIO front swap, redrilled festy drums, Miata 14" 7 spokes.
-88' Mazda 323 SE, work in progress..
    -85' Nissan Sentra 5 spd.

Less Drag... air doesn't get caught up inside
      - 05 Mustang GT 11.97 @ 118mph (all motor stock long block)
      - 90 Ford Festiva (Winter beater and dailey driver)

People say that and I see all the ricers do it to their Civics but I've never seen a video proving that air actually gets trapped back there, that seems it would make gas mileage go crazy down if your bumper is a makeshift parachute.
        Current cars:

1993 Ford Festiva 5-Speed - Festiclese III - Cousin of the Banhammer - "The Jalopnik Car"
        1984 Toyota Cressida - 2JZGE Swap, Turbocharged.
2013 Mazda Mazda2 - Exhaust and Wheels (the daily)
        2002 Toyota Tundra - V6/Auto/2WD - The Tow Vehicle.

As a engineer that has studied some aerodynamics, the holes in your bumper will not decrease your drag. It's one of those cant help, but cant hurt either things

i searched long and hard and found ones that fit almost perfectly around the wheel well.

they came from the united kingdom.

and the ghey speed holes were on there when i bought it. i dont like them but whatever. honda guys claim they make a huge difference, but i dont beleive it. and why do they always cut circles? why not cut a long opening the whole length? i think its like the pickup truck tailgate myth. mythbusters fixed that one lol
