Clearly that the project was abandoned.

I don't think it would have been abandoned, I would think he just hasn't had time to work on it or no time to post progress

              1988 323 Station Wagon - KLG4 swapped
              1988 323 GT - B6T Powered
2008 Ford Escape - Rollover Survivor

1990 Festiva - First Ever Completed KLZE swap (SOLD)

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

I still don't think you can make 170 whp with 6psi on a b3. What numbers have people been getting out of their turbo b3s? I'm sure there is a mathematical function, which would say that it is possible at a very high rpm, but these motors are not known for revving out very high.

                  you can make 120bhp. 60hp stock. 10 hp per 1 psi boost. = 120hp

10000RPM at 6PSI on a B3 would give you 188HP, which might end up around 170WHP. You'd need a turbo, manifolds, exhaust, and a head that could all flow upwards of 235CFM. This says nothing of the ginormous intercooler you'd need.

Without an intercooler, we're talking 12000RPM at 6PSI.

Note that 8000RPM at 10PSI would be 180HP crank. A little easier of a goal.

For MDM, make sure you're running injectors that are 390CC or over. They'll take you all the way to 200HP. I'd also point you in the direction of a 14B turbocharger or a T3-60.

                          • I'm guessing the former. Projects like these gather all sorts of hype and something happens and it gets scrapped.

                            • I'm guessing cause of how everyone kept saying his build was pointless cause BP's give better power potential, he probably didn't want to post on here anymore

Any difference that makes no difference is no difference.
