This is with it sitting on the stock mounting tabs, I was too lazy to see if my hood will clear it like that
I'll most likely cut into the radiator support to get it in there some more. The lower inlet will have to be moved to the side and it looks like it going to be a pain to plumb the upper as well
If you want a specific picture of something let me know, I wasn't too sure what you wanted to see.
I cleaned it up a little last night and welded the spacers on to the plate, I'll save your eyes and not show you the hideous welds. I still need to figure out what I'm going to do about the motor mount, I might have to find a stock egt mount and do the bolt on L bracket mount
My sweet harbor freight hammer decided to break when I was pulling the sway bar from the aspire. uploadfromtaptalk1362950870676.jpg
Aspire sway bar, intake couplers and the parts to hydro swap uploadfromtaptalk1362950945453.jpg
I only have five weeks to get the car together, running and inspected before auto cross start so I better get my rear in gear.
Thanks but the egt mount didn't work, the engine is to close to the bracket. I did however get my half shaft bracket done for the most part, i just need to weld the nuts to it, clean it up and paint it.
My dad stopped by today and we got some small stuff done. We finished the half shaft bracket, bolted in the starter, alternator and put the motor back in. Then we made an intake for it which was beyond easy lol just have to make a bracket to hold the vaf in place
I also plan on making a heat shield and maybe cut a vent in the fender
I also might have found a solution to the motor mount
There energy suspension sway bar end links, now I have to find steel tubing with a 1 1/8 I.D.
